I've been doing Real Estate Flips since 2001, and I did a lot of them all over Los Angeles during the Great Recession of 2008-2012.  Since then I have flipped properties in 9 different states, and some were featured on HGTV.Â
I have renovated properties and turned profits of over 7 figures for our investors on single transactions.Â
We put our heart and soul into our projects along with everything we do and love sharing it with others. Â
We live in Santa Barbara California and I flip luxury homes here and love to swim and surf. Â
