I’ve been doing Real Estate Investing for over 22 years. I’ve invested in 9 different states, made single transaction 7 figure profits, and I started in 2001 with $3,000 to my name and nothing but desire.

Speaking on a national stage for Keller Williams Realty and for Dean Graziosi a multiple New York Times best-selling author, entrepreneur, and investor.

Led 3 Day Real Estate Bootcamps in cities across the US. Training investors, finding real estate deals to flip, lock them under contract and put together a budget to get the work done, enabling investors to move forward with the flips, move into a profitable deal and training the the investors how to do this process themselves.

Grew up in St. Louis Mo but have lived in California for over 30 years. My wife and I have three boys and we live near the beach in Santa Barbara CA.

A partner and Real Estate agent at the Zia Group with eXp Realty Inc. Our group sells $200m in Real Estate a year in the Santa Barbara CA area.

I love the ocean, and I surf. Growing up I swam competitively and played Water Polo. I am possibly part fish. :)
